Missing Reference
Lennox et al. (page 9 of 2013) write that we did not refer to Aitchison et al. (2002), when discussing the ages of subduction complex rocks in page 9 of Glen and Roberts (2012). However, Aitchison and co-authors did not publish anything on this topic in 2002. We did cite Aitchison et al. (1992) in the very next sentence, after we have indicated where descriptions in the literature might be found.
